The approach

Understand the work.
Build from there.

A good plan gives you more than a workout to finish. It helps you understand what you're practicing, how to support it, and what to do when life gets busy.

Strength with purpose.

Learn the movements, follow a clear structure, and build on your own starting point. Train toward feeling more capable in the gym and beyond it.

Food you understand.

Make sense of protein, fueling and recovery. Build practical food skills you can use in your real week, including the days that don't go to plan.

Support around you.

Have a place to ask questions, share a win, and learn alongside other women. Community is part of the path, with more individual support through the Forge.

Your starting
point matters.

Your experience. Your week.
The strength you want to build.

Meet your coach

Leslie, in your corner.

Leslie leads coaching at True Standard Fitness. Her focus is helping women build strength, feel more athletic, and become more confident in their training and food choices.

The approach starts with where you are. You'll learn what the work is for, make room for it in your life, and have a clear next step to build on.

The Trials brings that approach into a shared challenge. The Forge adds an individual program, nutrition support, and direct coaching with Leslie.

Made for your next chapter

You don't have to
start strong.

  • You want to build strength and feel more athletic.
  • You're new to lifting, returning to it, or ready for more structure.
  • You want to understand food and support your training.
  • You want to feel better in your body and have a plan you can follow.

What to plan for

A place to train.
Room to learn.

You'll need a gym membership, or a bench and free weights at home. The Trials is designed around beginner and intermediate tracks, with the exact schedule explained before enrollment.

Bring your questions and an honest picture of your week. Any injury or exercise restriction needs appropriate individual guidance before you train.

For adults 18 and older. The quiz explores your preferences; it does not determine whether exercise is medically appropriate for you.

A little clarity

Before you
get started.

One starting point. Different levels of support. Here's how the pieces fit together.

Do I need lifting experience?

The planned Trials program has beginner and intermediate tracks. The quiz asks about your experience so your result can reflect where you're starting. You don't need to know your archetype or have a lifting record to take it.

How is the Trials different from the Forge?

The Trials is a twelve-week group challenge with a shared training program, nutrition guidelines and community. The Forge is personal coaching with Leslie, including an individual program, nutrition support and adjustments. Joining the Trials does not automatically enroll you in the Forge.

Can I choose one-to-one coaching first?

The Forge path includes a direct application for women who want individual coaching from the start. See the Forge page for current application availability. Suitability and availability are reviewed before purchase.

Is the community another subscription?

No. Active Trials enrollment includes its community access. Active Forge coaching includes the Goddess Table. Access and dates will be explained with the reviewed offer before you join.

Will the quiz give me a workout PDF?

The quiz is designed to give you a training archetype, an explanation of a possible missing piece, and a practical next step. Your result will show whether a reviewed starter training plan is available. A quiz result alone does not establish that a workout is appropriate for you.

I'm already a TSF member. Where do I go?

Use Member login at the top of this page. Your existing account, coaching and purchased access stay in the TSF app. You do not need to buy a new challenge to return to your current coaching.
